How the journey began

MiSca is a commercial law firm designed specifically to support entrepreneurs and their businesses as they start-up and scale-up.

Their founder, Michele Scardaccione graduated from the Federico II University School of Law of Naples (italy) where his family has run law firms for three generations. Subsequently, he decided to expand his education by attending two postgraduate courses, the first in "Economics and Law of the European Union" at the European College of Parma and, later, an LL.M. in "International Business Legal Studies" at the University of Exeter in Great Britain.

His professional experiences began as a lawyer at the prestigious international firm Van Bael & Bellis in Brussels, and later developed in Italy and abroad, as a business consultant for important national and international companies, till to open the offices of Barcelona.

Commercial lawyer with extensive experience in the UE and special focus on Spain and Italy, as legal advisor for large groups of international companies and private clients. Michele deals mainly with contractual and extra-contractual civil liability, company law and, in general, civil and commercial law matters, with special reference to matters involving problems of private international law.
